University degree in Law by the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, with Masters degree in Law of the Companies, by same University of Law of the University of Coimbra.  

Carried out the following functions: 

• Chosen Municipal Deputy in the last Autarchic Elections of 2008  
• Teacher at the University Jean Piaget of Cape Verde in the years of 2003-2006  
• Member of the Advisory Council of the Order of the Lawyers of Cape Verde, and representative of the same Order, in Advisory Council of the University Jean Piaget of Cape Verde  
• Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Women Lawyers from Cape Verde  
• Member of the Fiscal Council of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Leeward islands (Sotavento)  
• Associated- Lawyer of "D. Hopffer Almada & Associates"
